Pre-employment Psychological Disqualification Evaluation

If you are a candidate for any Public Safety position (e.g., fire fighter, police candidate) you may appeal your psychological disqualification. A Psychological Disqualification Evaluation typically involves a through biopsychosocial interview, a review of agency test data, a review of other pertinent data including collateral interviews/data, objective psychological testing (e.g., PAI, Projective tests) and possibly condition specific tests for various concerns (alcohol, PTSD, depression). I will then meet with with the candidate to provide a clinical report andd to answer any questions about my findings. If the candidate would like me to present my findings in person in court or hiring agency additional fees including a retainer will be required (see forensic fees). No information will be disclosed to any agency, employer, or other interested party without an appropriately signed Consent to Disclose Information form.
