CLINICAL FEES

The fees are as follows: 50 minute session

 

Initial Consultation/Evaluation	$130.00/hr.
Individual Psychotherapy	$130.00/hr.
Couples/Family Therapy	$140.00/hr.
Group Psychotherapy	$90.00/hr.

Payment is due at the time that services are rendered and may be made either by cash or by check

I am currently an active Provider in the Value Options' commercial and Medicare Advantage networks as well as the CHCS IPA, Inc. (CHCS) network. As such, I also accept Emblem Health companies’ behavioral health benefits offered by GHI HMO Select, Inc. and Health Plan of greater New York (HIP), HIP Insurance Company of New York, and commercial HMO/POS/EPO plans, Medicare Advantage HMO plans, and New York. Medicaid/Family Health Plus/SCHIP plans.

Depending on your insurance plan (HMOs, PPO, POS), you may be reimbursed by your insurance company for a significant portion of the fee if I am approved as an out-of-network provider. Contact your benefits plan administrator for assistant in this process. This process however should not impact the prompt payment of fees at the time services are rendered.
